Breaking the chain

Today has been a rather craptacular day. So, I am making a conscious decision to take some mental health time. I'm not not going to write today's drabble, I'm going to curl up with some popcorn, watch one of my favorite movies, and not feel bad about it. I'm just going to wallow, let myself feel like crap, and stop trying to pretend I have everything under control when I so obviously don't.

And then we'll see what happens.
