I want someone to love me like that. I also want to stop being cynical and be the happy and sweet boy I used to be, but that's not happening either.

*sigh* yeah.
I think in some ways this is why some people drink or do drugs. We kind of do know what we need to do,be ourselves/let our shiny side out, but without the inhibitors gone we can't.

Polish yourself up (not there, at least not publically or right this minute. ahem.. pay attention),be comfortable with who you are, be financially independent so your choices aren't as limited, and realise you have years to find that person. So relax and be yourself.
For myself a sense of humor and agile mind are big turn ons. Great body is nice but toned is good too. That's from a female point of view. Male requirements of another male, you have a better handle on.*slaps your hand* What did I just say above.

Just be who you seem to be. I think you have all the requirements needed except for the financial independence. Think higher education. You have a wider number and more diversity of people to fish from.

I dunno, maybe I should try the whole drugs and alcohol thing, just to see how it suits me. I don't have to abuse it, maybe just rough it up a little. ~_^
