Not to mention there are some that still like Windows despite the horrible Vista (this coming from someone on a fairly new PC laptop with Vista.) Luckily I haven't had a horrible time with Vista considering my somewhat limited use of the computer (internet, photoshop, word, messengers.)
It may be more expensive, but considering the less expensive option is a windows product anyway, how much is it going to cost to fix when it itself craps out?
