Also, chapter recordings

Recording yourself is strangely addicting. I now have an understanding of myspace camera hoes. As I described some posts down, I've been recording myself speaking the chapters to help in my editing process. It was kind of a hassle at first, but now I kinda like it. I even signed up for a youtube channel to post the recordings on if people were interested. If it reaches that point, I'll need to redo them because I screw up quite a lot. And I haven't finalized edits on the earlier chapters even, so there's that as well.
But, regardless. If anyone is interested in that, head over here and let me know.
I must advise those who would be listening with a weak immune system--my voice has teh!gay. Consult your local medical practitioner to see if it's catching this season.

You're gay? Whatever...I'm sure you have an awesome voice.
I used to dictate all of my work related stuff but it wasn't read, it was talk on the fly and then my assistant typed up my stuff for me.
I've actually been thinking of getting my voice recognition software aclimated to MY VOICE so that I can be dictating the slash.

on 2008-11-07 04:23 pm (UTC)I like the voice that I hear, but when I actually hear it played back to me it sounds nothing like the way it does to me. That's pretty much universal, but still.
I think dictating slash would be weird, for me, anyway. I would feel pretty embarrassed talking about it, lol. Lame, I know.
