Wow, so apparently it was announced like weeks ago that Misha Collins (Castiel) will become a regular on Season Five of Supernatural, should the show make it that long (here's hoping!). As usual, I'm the last to know.
*pats comfortingly* I don't freak out about spoilers, don't worry! And for something like this? The continuity knowledge is nice, because Kripke is SUCH a bastard sometimes...
