I was IMing my friend at the same time I was writing A Lesson Earned, and some of the stuff I said was pretty funny. So, I decided to put together a behind the scenes post, or...



Yeah, it'd be icky and wrong in real life but it's totally harmless in fantasy. 'Sides, they're both smoking hot!

Gah, this damn fic keeps thinking it needs to be in present tense. I don't do present tense.

God, thirteen pages and I'm not sure I'm even halfway done.

Because I'm not fucked up enough I've gotta write this.

Apparently "quiveringly" isn't a word. Fuck it, I'm using it anyway.

Why don't they have a past tense version of chunnel in word? 

Shakespeare made shit up all the time, one tiny word won't hurt anybody.

Not only am I gonna use it, I'm gonna add it to my word dictionary. Bitch! English grammar be damned.

My word count is 6606. I lulled.

Oh, bullshit. "Scissored" is so a word.

Had to get some crackers to keep my strength up.

This is funny. I only have a few people that I IM with, but I can't write and IM at the same time. I need to be completely writing when I write.

I can IM and check email and stuff, but that's about it. One of my friends usually has multiple windows open all the time and is also doing RPG and she mods two RPGs also, oh and she writes and edits at the same time.

I have no idea how she can multi task to that extent. It is insane.

I add words to my dictionary too. I do crack up when word doesn't like something that I use all of the time.

Usually I can't IM and write at the same time either, but the first part of this story was coming crazy fast. It only took me two days for all twenty pages of the first part. That never happens. I guess I thought I was up to IMing then, lol.

Wow, your friend must be crazy talented if she can do all that stuff at the same time. O_o
