Your name in fiction?

Every time I see a character with my name in fiction, I always get this little jolt. Like surprise or something. Is that cause Seth is a pretty rare name as far as names go, or are other people this way?

I used to expect "Philip" to be attached to villains.

It really isn't used very much. Maybe somehow because in English it not only can be spelled two different ways but gets the second vowel pronounced three different ways.

Hmm, is there a surplus of villains named Philip? I haven't noticed...

Not really, just not a lot of heroes.
